We only promise what we can control: frozen beef, handed to you at the ranch or delivered on our own route.
Pickup at the ranch
Pickup at the ranch near Broadwater is always available. Once our freezer room opens (pending our Nebraska food permit), use your door code any time. Or book a pickup appointment with us.
Guaranteed delivery inside our delivery area
Beef arrives frozen, on scheduled route days. If a package arrives thawed or damaged inside the delivery area, we replace it.

Outside the delivery area
We can't guarantee delivery outside our area. If you're farther away, contact us before you place a deposit. We may be able to arrange a meet-up point, a pickup by you or someone you send, or a planned trip. Any arrangement must be agreed in writing (email is fine) before your deposit. Once you or your carrier take the beef, it's in your care.
