What we collect

Only what you type into a form and send: your name, email, town, and any answers you choose to attach, such as your household size, how often you eat beef, the share you're interested in and how you'd like to pay. Ranchers who apply to work with us also share details about their operation. The beef guide calculator works in your browser; nothing from it is sent unless you press "Save my plan and join the list."

If you create an account, we also keep your order, cut sheet, messages with us, your update preferences, and, when your beef is ready, the door code for the ranch freezer. Questions you type into "Ask the ranch" are sent to our AI assistant to answer them; please don't type private details there.

How we use it

To plan your order with you, let you know when beef is ready, and send cooking, storage and ranch updates. You can ask us to stop emailing you or to delete your information at any time.

Who sees it

Our family, to run the ranch's beef sales. Form entries are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Accounts and orders are stored by Supabase. "Ask the ranch" questions are processed by Anthropic to write the answer. We don't sell your information.
